Yolande Labaki is a Lebanese painter.

Mentored by painter Florent Crommelynck in Belgium, Yolande Labaki studied at the New York School of Visual Arts, and at the Sorbonne University in Paris.

She has taken part in a number of exhibitions around the world, including an individual showing at the famous Palais des Beaux- Arts of Brussels in 1974, and a participation in “Liban – Le Regard des peintres – 200 ans de peinture libanaise”, an exposition held at the Institut du Monde Arabe in Paris.

In her works, she uses different techniques questioning about  origin and memory .
