Claude Chikhani lives in Beirut . She worked for a long time in advertising and in journalism. A few years ago, she got into sculpture, tried plaster, plastered bandage, wood, papier-mâché… but it is to clay that she is currently devoting herself.
Claude is currently representing women in her sculptures, all in roundness, with generous and enveloping bodies, inspired by the fertility goddesses of prehistory.
